About the role
Quarry Labs builds the testing platform that 4,000 engineering teams use to ship with confidence. We’re looking for a senior frontend engineer to own the performance and accessibility of our core web app, and to raise the bar for the six engineers around you.
You’ll work closely with design and product, pair on hard problems and have real influence on our design system and roadmap.
What you’ll do
- Lead the frontend architecture of our test-results dashboard
- Build and document components in our React design system
- Improve Core Web Vitals and accessibility across the product
- Mentor mid-level engineers through reviews and pairing
- Shape the roadmap with product and design each quarter
What you’ll bring
- 6+ years building production web apps, 3+ with React and TypeScript
- A portfolio of performance or accessibility wins you can talk about
- Comfort with async, written collaboration across time zones
- Bonus: experience with data-heavy dashboards or dev tools
